Safe Circle is a family communication and safety platform that allows users to create private circles, send check-ins, receive reminders, share travel updates, and receive emergency notifications.

Safe Circle is designed to improve communication and peace of mind among family members and caregivers.

Safe Circle is not an emergency response service and should not be relied upon as a substitute for emergency services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Parents or legal guardians may create accounts for minor children under their supervision.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Family Circles

• Users may create private circles and invite other members.
• Circle owners are responsible for managing access and permissions within their circles.
• Safe Circle is not responsible for information shared voluntarily between circle members.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Certain features require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Pricing may change in the future. Existing subscribers will be notified before changes take effect.

6. Cancellation

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
• Cancellation will stop future billing but does not automatically provide refunds for prior payments.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Safe Circle for illegal activities.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Emergency Situations

Safe Circle is not a replacement for police, medical services, fire departments, or emergency responders.

In an emergency, users should contact local emergency services immediately.

9. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safe Circle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service.

Users assume all responsibility for decisions made based on information provided through the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
